Plantage systématique photoshop dernière version 2023

Bonjour,

Photoshop plante systématiquement (et fait planter l'ordinateur...) écran noir etc... depuis la version 2023 peu importe la version; J'ai tenté d'installer les versions antérieures, mais le problème reste identique... Impossible de travailler...  On aimerais avoir des solutions ... Photoshop insiste également à ne pas vouloir enregistrer une image : message, l'image est déja ouverte dans un autre programme... autre message mémoire vive insuffisante (16 giga de ram !!!) rien n'y fait...

Hi @michel27331254wi5w is it saying out of memory or out of disk space?

Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
