Popup notification is to big, cannot see the button or close button

I used windows 11 and drag my photo to photoshop. Then camera raw 14.5 automatically open and show the "Photograph by Erix Chan - Welcome to Camera Raw 14.5" popup notification. When this popup is  shown:
1. I can't see any button or close button so i can't do anything.

2. I try to press Ctrl + - and Ctrl + mouse scroll down but the size of the notification doesn't change.

3. I try "right click + close all windows" but nothing happened.
I don't know it is a bug or the original feature is like this, but hopefully you can rezise it so laptop with 14" and 1920 x 1080 resolution can see it fully or close this notification.
