Problem of slowness on photoshop for more than 3 years

Hello, I hope you're well
I've been suffering for 3 years with lags and slowness on photoshop,
Since joining a communications company in 2019, I have been provided with a new workstation with a Ryzen 7 3700x, an RTX 2060 Super, 32gb 3200mhz (xmp enabled) and a 512g ssd,
The problems I have encountered with photoshop are:
- Slowness when I select a layer,
- Slowness when I try to enlarge a text,
- Slow when I change tools,
- Slow when exporting an image,
- Slow when trying to select a font.
(Most of the time my files don't exceed 80mo)

We have tried all the solutions offered by Adobe but no improvements, we have noticed that our macbook from 2017-2019 are more fluid than our workstations with the specefication I described above, we have tried all versions of photoshop since 2019.

We would like to know why we have all these problems on all our workstations? whereas the macbook are much less powerful and photoshop works smoothly.

Is this a devlopment issue on ryzen or windows machines?

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Current Photoshop system requirements state that GPU has to have DirectX 12 (feature level 12) support.

After checking, we found that our two ram modules are not compatible, so we only left 16g on 32gb of ram,

and the graphics card is compatible

Hello, I've made a comparison video between one of our workstations and a MacBook pro m1.
On the video you'll notice that Photoshop on Windows is very slow and jerky, while on the MacBook it's much smoother.

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and enable “Older GPU mode (pre 2016)” - Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?
