PROBLEMA INICIALIZAÇÃO PHOTOSHOP

Boa tarde! Estou tentando iniciar o photoshop mas por algum motivo n consigo realizar nenhuma ação após aparecer a home apge. Acredito que tenha sido ocasionado por um arquivo extremamente pesado que foi aberto e que não foi salvo, e de alguma maneira o photoshop está tentanto abrir como arquivo recuperado.

Quandro abro o aplicativo ele entra em um load enterno e começa a consumir muita memória RAM.

Tentei reinstalar, apagar temps, apagar pastas inteiras. Não deu certo!

You can try resetting preferences to break any previous file recovery:

Hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt while opening Photoshop.exe - it should ask if you want to delete preferences. Say yes.

If that does not work, we'll need some specs -

OS Version

Available HD space on C: drive

Total RAM installed

Graphics cards and driver version/date

Also you noted that you deleted folders - which ones specifically? The only thing you should manually try to remove is preferences.
