PS Tutorial - Working with layers - 4 - keep proportions

The tutorial states that to avoid image distortion during Free Transform, the user must hold down the SHIFT key. This is not correct. In PS (Windows 23.0.1), "avoid distortion" is active by default. Or press the Alt key, not the Shift key.
