It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
Thanks For the reply , Nothing has changed in my PC / OS or workflow. After the issue happened, I tried updating my drivers and forcing the PC to work with the Nvidia graphics card, but it still same issue. I noticed that a colleague works with the same PC but uses Photoshop 2021 and he doesn't have the issue
