"File Info" Window display too large

After the latest Photoshop update, the File Info window display too large and has a black background. I reduce the size, but next time the window again has the same large size.

I have the same problem for more than 2 months. I think Adobe missed this issue. I got two updates and nothing changed.

I have exactly the same problem after update to 25.9.1.   Reverting to 24.7.4 restores normal File Info window operation.

Same issue, and really disrupts workflow because it's large you have to scroll, resize and move to get to the fields. It's frustrating that there doesn't seem to be away to permanently resize without restoring to an earlier version. Anyone else find a successful solution?

Still the same issue with Photoshop 26.0 on Windows 11after 4 months, Adobe still hasn't fixed this issue. Just have to keep reverting to Photoshop 25.5 until they do. As mentioned, very disruptive to work flow for editorial photogs.
