Remove Tool Bug Since 24.6 Update

I am running PS on Mac Mini with the M1 chip. I use it in rosetta to be able to use assorted filters. 
The remove tool has not worked since the 24.6 and 24.7 updates. I have reverted back to 24.5 and it works fine. I have a new laptop with the M2 chip and the remove tool works fine but I prefer to do photo editing on the mac mini desktop.

I'd like to know if there is a known bug and if this will be addressed in a future update.

The Remove Tool doesn't work under Rosetta, but it does work when not running photoshop under Rosetta?

But it does. As soon as I reverted back to version 24.5 I was able to use it.
