Anybody else having this issue? Very randomly but about once a week, I'll be mid-workflow and the save option just stops working. Tried save as, export as, etc, but nada. Only thing that works is quitting and restarting program.

In System Preferences (System Settings in Ventura), >Security & Privacy, >Full Disk Access, do you see Photoshop listed? If not, add it and try again.

This explains how to do the same process in Lightroom; just pick Photoshop instead:

If that doesn't fix the issue, you might need to run Disk First Aid (Disk Utility).

When you say it doesn't work what is the behavior? do you get an error?

It may help if you could share a screen recording of your steps. Post a URL to the video using CC files or dropbox, YouTube or something similar to share the file.
