Scratch Disk Help - Photoshop shows the same amount of free storage on External & Internal drives.

Adding this new problem to my long list of problems ive been having.

Photoshop says both my internal drive and my external drive have exactly the same amount of free space even though my External drive has significantly more free space. I have reformatted my external drive, reinstalled photoshop and gave everything full disk access. What could be wrong? Included screen showing how much space I have free on my external drive & how much photoshop is saying I have free which is wrong. Gosh i cant get a break with problems. Any suggestions?

Had an Adobe Report Support employee control my computer for 2 and a half hours trying to fix this bug. Deleting and reinstalling a bunch a files & renaming/ moving around a bunch of things and came to no conclusion / nothing fixed. By time we got done close to 3 hours later of remote support i had about ran out of space. Was told I would hear back by email but already missing on a weeks worth of work from adobe issues im extremely defeated.

Please Help! Im missing out on days worth of work! Adobe Remote Support was on my computer for 2.5 Hours trying to solve this new bug that came out of nowhere and couldnt figure it out and gave up on it. What do I do now?!?!? Now all my preferences are reset etc and my issue still isnt solved. Im so behind on work now. Ugh Please help me find solution. Never had this issue EVER until yesterday

I have over 4.8TB on my external drive but photoshop states it only has same amount of space as my internal! I have reformatted my external drive, reinstalled photoshop and gave everything full disk access. What could be wrong? I am having exactly the same problem; I note that Krew Visuals also has a LaCie drive, as do I. There's tons of space on my external drive, but Photoshop won't access it. Definitely a PS problem and it's very upsetting to see that it's being ignored.

Sadly Adobes Support was incapable of helping me and to this day never got help or a solution. Multiple hour long sessions of them controlling my computer with adobes help extention didnt work. Adobe also had set up multiple times to contact my number and bailed each and every time never contacting me. They followed up after bailing a handful of times with sorry we couldnt reach out blah blah blah same automated message each time.
