Scrubby zoom não funciona na versão 23.5.1

O scrubby zoom não está funcionando desde a versão 23.5 por isso estou tendo que usar a versão 23.4.2 pra ter todas as funcionabilidades e eu tenho um notebook da dell e uma placa de vídeo Nvidia GeForce MX 940.

The Nvidia GeForce MX 940 doesn't have full DirectX 12 support, Photoshop is moving more towards GPU intensive features. There's also known issues with Photoshop version 23.5.x and Nvidia drivers.

Even though it supports DirectX 12, the feature level is only 11_0
