Shortcut for select and mask not working anymore

For a while the ALT CTRL R for Select and Mask doesn't work for me. I have to manually go through the tabs to get to this tool now. All ALT CTRL R does now is double the image if I drag.

Can you check in Edit menu > Keyboard Shortcuts to see if Control+Alt+R is still assigned to Select and Mask?
