When I tried to transform some levels this writing appeared to me. 
I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. 
How can I fix it?

In System Preferences (System Settings in Ventura), >Security & Privacy, >Full Disk Access, do you see Photoshop listed? If not, add it and try again.
