I have found that in the last few releases of Photoshop, when I use the spacebar to move my image on the screen, releasing the spacebar does not disengage the tool. I need to release the space AND not move my mouse for at least a half second in order to get it to release. I have also noticed this with the clone tool. When targeting a spot, even though the target symbol appears, I need to wait about a half second before clicking to select the target area. Is anyone else seeing this? Is there a workaround other than working a little slower?
I don't know the exact version that this started in but 22.5.9 works fine. I will see if I can narrow it down further.
