Unable to open PDF in release 25.11

Updated Photoshop to 25.11 this morning on a MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.5 and no longer able to open PDF files in Photoshop. Tried a variety of files created previously be me and others from outside my organisation.

All flag up "Photoshop could not complete your request because of a program error"

Rolling back to Photoshop 25.9.1 does allow PDFs to be opened so looks like a 25.11 bug.

I'm not seeing this on Sonoma 14.6, Photoshop 25.11.

@Lumigraphics that's interesting, 14.5 is the most recent version we're permitted to use by our IT department. I'll chase with them about when we'll be allowed to access 14.6.

Sonoma 14.6 JUST came out yesterday. But PDFs were opening in 14.5 as well.

You definitely want to be on 14.6, Apple fixed a huge pile of security bugs plus a number of enterprise issues that you might see in a network environment.

Confirmed with @Lumigraphics - I'm on Sonoma 14.5 with no issues opening PDFs in Photoshop 25.11. Sounds like you may have a bad install? Uninstall and try again?

@BecD are these PDFs local or on a network share/external? If so try dragging local and opening.
