When I try to print, it goes to PageManager PDF in the printer window. If I change it to my printer, HP LaserJet 1020, it directs me back to save in file name: NsPdf and does not go to printer.
Please let us know the version of Photoshop you're using along with the version of Windows you're working on. It might be helpful if you could share a couple of screenshots of a video recording of what's happening.
To start, you can try resetting Photoshop's Print preferences by going to the File menu, pressing and holding the Spacebar on your keyboard while clicking the Print command.
