After the Photoshop for iPad was upgraded two days ago, there was a problem with the connection (infinitely repeating the message that the document is being loaded),
so I asked the service center to delete the application and reinstall it.
When I deleted it and reinstalled it, all of the November works disappeared and only the October 12 works were saved on the iPad.
I checked on the cloud and it was saved until October 12th.
I've never deleted it, and the cloud connection was automatic
I'm so angry that this kind of error suddenly occurred
Is there any way to recover the data?

If the files aren't visible in https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents it's likely that Photoshop on the iPad was offline and only saving locally. Documents stored locally are stored within the app package. If the app was removed, it removes all local application data after a warning dialog is shown.
