PLEASE FIX!!1
When ever I use alt and scroll it is a mess. Once I stop the zoom it continues to do so and then shift the page up with the scroll. Annoying as all hell!!!

@Todd_Morgan Try turning off Settings>Tools>Overscroll.

Why would this Overscroll even be in here?????!!!!
@Todd_Morgan It allows you to zoom in and center on a corner/edge of an image.
