Подскажите пожалуйста как из видео сделать на фото движение человека в нескольких экземплярах как во вложении

Can you post a snippet of the video? 

• With File > Import > Video Frames to Layers you should be able to get Layers from the video frames. 

• If the camera was mobile you may need to align the Layers (manually or via Edit > Auto Align Layers). 

• Then Layer Masks or a Smart Object Stack Mode can be utilized.

I agree with c.pfaffenbichler but I think that if the camera was not fixed, there are some extra manual (hard?) work to do.
