포토샵 회전기능이 안됩니다

8월25일 결제할때 회전기능이 됐습니다. 그러나 26일 취소하고

27일 다시 결제하고 사용하는데 회전기능이 안됍니다.

컴터는 바뀐게 없어요.

환경설정 초기화 해도 안돼고 컴터 껐다 켜도 안돼고

인터넷 검색으로 환경설정 성능 고급에서 opencl

체크도 되어 있습니다.

회전기능 자주 쓰는데 어떻게 해야 하나요?

What is your Photoshop Version?
Photoshop latest version has many problen.(About GPU function)
So I recommend you roll back to the previous version(Something like 23.4.2 or 23.4.1). Currently, the 23.5 version is difficult to use both Windows and Mac OS.
Also, since you said that you have reset the environment settings, please check if your GPU driver is up to date.
For NVIDIA graphics cards, the latest version is 516.94 drivers.

제가 개선할수는 없어서 회전기능을 못쓰는 것으로 알아야 겠네요.
