Bonjour, 

Je viens vers vous pour avoir un conseil. En effet, j'utilise Abode depuis pas très longtemps et j'ai un projet à réaliser sur Photoshop. Je dois faire une écriture pailette sur fond blanc mais il n'y a aucun tutoriel dessus.

Glitter and gold effects are just an optical illusion. There is no way to paint such stuff directly. Typically you will layer multiple strokes to simulate the various shades and reflections, apply additional gradient overlays and ultimately yes, also apply layers and layers of noise effects to simulate metal flakes. Here's a 5 second Google search result illustrating some of the techniques:

Again, you simply have to see this as a layered approach (literally) and invest much more work.  This isn't something that can be achieved with a single brush preset or layer style.

Depending on what exactly the OP means with »pailette« Scripted Patterns or a Brush might be useful.
