маркер в Премьере

Не ставится маркер на клип. Даже когда он выделен. На тайм линию ставится а на клип нет. Работаю на винде.
Подскажите пожалуйста что делать?

Are you talking about Photoshop or Premiere? 

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible to illustrate the problem?
