Не работает команда пластика при попытке запустить её появляется сообщение: "Команда пластика не может быть выполнена так как файл заблокирован, у вас нет необходимых прав доступа, или файл используется в другой программе". Сообщение появляется как при экспорте из Лайтрум, так и при открытии файла в Фотошоп.

Переустанавливала программы, устанавливала более старые версии - ничего не помогает

What is the plastic command? Could you please post some screenshots to illustrate the issue?

Are you opening the file from a network?

Use Save As and save with a different name.

Try using the plastic filter on the renamed file.

If still not working, then is it only the plastic filter that is not working?  

What are your system specifications?

What version of Photoshop?

What operating System and version?
