Hi @Olik_photik the solution is as follows:
Reset your Photoshop preferences manually. Note: Reinstalling does not automatically reset them so you could be installing over bad preference files:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset-preferences

 

Then to Photoshop Preferences/Technology Preview and check “Disable Native Canvas”.

Finally check “Use Older GPU Mode (2016)”.
