포토샵은 무조건 최신버전으로만 쓸수 있는거죠?

회전이 안돼는 건 불편을 감수하겠는데

문자 택스트 즐겨찾기가 계속 초기화 되어 있으니 너무 불편해요.

No you can use whatever version of Creative Cloud works for you. You are not forced to upgrade.

You can use the Creative Cloud tool to install the last version prior to previous or Adobe Customer Care can give you links to previous builds.

That being said, why can't you rotate?
