Hi @ye rin_kang5365! Thank you for reaching out! Is there a specific Upscale model that doesn't work for you? Have you tried switching browsers or using a different network? It'd be really helpful if you could share a screen recording with us. You can share it via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another public file-sharing platform.
I'd suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Also, in your browser settings, go to System and turn "ON" Graphics Acceleration.
