파일 실행이 안됩니다

데스크탑에 설치된 어도비 포토샵이 실행이 안됩니다. 

정확히는 이전에 저장된 파일을 열려고 하면

로딩하는 화면만 뜨고 열리질 않습니다. 

이전 파일들은 다른 컴퓨터, 노트북 등에서

잘 실행되는데 제 컴퓨터에서만 실행이 안됩니다. 

설정 초기화, 재설치도 해봤지만 안됩니다.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using along with the version of Windows you're running on the computer? It would be helpful if you could go to the Help menu in Photoshop, then System info & copy & paste the info here.

Try running Photoshop as Administrator to check if that makes a difference.
