포토샵이 너무 버벅거려서 사용에 심각한 문제가 있습니다.

72dip 밖에 안되고 이미지도 만픽셀정도밖에 안되는데 너무 너무 너무 너무너무너무너무너무너무너무너무 포토샵이 너무너무너무 버벅거립니다. 짜증나서 미칠 거 같아요. 제발 최적화를 좀 시켜놓고 기술을 추가하세요. 기술이 생기면 뭐합니까? 컴퓨터에서 버벅거려서 기본적인 작업도 안되는데.

Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

Does it behave as mentioned after a specific set of steps? What troubleshooting steps have you tried already? Where are you saving the files (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System / External HDD)? When did this start happening?

Are there any recent changes to your system? For example, have you installed any antivirus, system updates, or web extensions recently? 

Please test and confirm if the issue exists with Photoshop (Beta). You can get Photoshop (beta) from the Creative Cloud > Apps tab > Beta Apps section. 

Follow these steps to reset preferences for Photoshop manually.

• Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
• You can press Press the Windows key > Enter 'Run' > Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe
• Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2025 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2025. old), You can restore these preferences later if you need to.(https://adobe.ly/4860qM9)
• Restart the computer.

These changes will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a fresh install. Let me know how it goes.

What do you mean by »ten thousand pixels«? Area or side length/s? 

What are the image’s bit depth and Color Mode, how many layers does it contain, are other image open, …? 

What do you mean by »stuttering« – is the program itself unresponsive intermittedly or does the screen flicker or …? 

What are your performance related Preferences settings?
