포토샵 결제 오류로 인한 환불 요청 및 구독 취소 요청

포토샵 무료체험을 4월 25일에 등록하였습니다. 그리고 그 당일에 무료 체험을 구독 취소를 했습니다. 그런데 오늘 일주일만에 (5월 3일) 17시 45분에 24000원이 결제되었습니다 안내해 주시는 대로 플랜 보기를 하여도 이미 취소했기 때문에 플랜 취소 버튼도 없었을 뿐더러 주문 내역, 결제 내역, 제품 또한 없었습니다. 환불을 해 주십시오.
