포토샵 2023버전 사용중입니다.

원본파일을 다른이름으로 저장하면 해당 파일명으로 자동으로 변경되야하는데 처음 열었던 원본파일로만 열립니다.

If you save the original file with a different name, it should be automatically changed to that file name, but it will only open the original file you opened the first time.

How exactly are you saving the new file – File > Save As or File > Save a Copy or …?

It is updating file name in the tab when saving using Save As as already mentioned by @c.pfaffenbichler The other part of opening is confusing.
