i have a Wacom tablet and it came with Adobe Photo Shop elements-8 , with 3 copies of permanent license numbers . it was working alright till i formatted one of my systems and installed the software on it .now it wont work on any system ....error code 150:30

terrible call-center experience ...... all trying hard-sell on "upgrade"

can adobe de-licence you ? so how will my Wacom tab work now ?

yes but its far more likely that you made a mistake when you formatted one of your (Mac or Windows) systems

not really ...... my existing desktops lost it too ...... no formatting there .

they are trying to sell upgrades i think....... or else why block my ongoing licence ?

now the customer care has started "disconnecting" ........... terrible experience ..... no solutions or answers as to why they are blocking my valid licence .

yeah ...... the customer care is a bunch of people trying to "hardsell" upgrade ......first block the licence and then have your backend team do their "sell-upgrade" trick ......... problem is my wacom wont work !
