Hello, This morning when I was exporting my normal drawing on Photoshop, I did the "Export As" function to save it, but when I clicked the export all button, the export window closed and pop out again, and the export window just freeze, and the only thing I can do is to close it. I had re-install the Photoshop, and restart my computer, but it just not working. Anyone has the solution?? Thanks~ (I'm running in Windows 10 btw)

Have you done this in Photoshop preferences?

Alternatively:

Close and relaunch Photoshop, and IMMEDIATELY hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift (Mac), and respond in the affirmative to the dialog asking if you really want to replace the preferences. You must be extremely fast on the keyboard (if you don’t see the confirmation prompt, you were too slow).

You may need to do this a couple of times before getting the hang of it!

I just re-install the Photoshop, and remove all the settings into factory default, but it still not working.

@ Derek Cross' reply to reset. This worked for me.

Choosing "Export As" was freezing Photoshop instead of bringing up the options window. Thanks!

Mine was freezing immediately upon selecting Export As (I didn't even see the window appear). Resetting my preferences worked for me.

I've tried everything. When I try to export, the dialog box comes up with just a red dot in the upper left hand corner and nothing happens after that. Very disappointing when PS just stops working!!

It seems that there is no need to completely reset the settings.

A complete reset of the settings leads to the removal of keyboard shortcuts, brushes, and this is not always advisable.

I found that if I delete only the file:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 Settings\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 Prefs.psp

the problem of displaying the export menu is solved.

This preserves the brushes, profiles of the workspace and keyboard shortcuts.

Sorry for my English, but maybe it saves someone's time and saves mental health.

I suddenly started having the same issue again seven months later, and this solution worked for me this time. Easier than Derek's solution that I used the first time.

The issue came back again for me already. Is anyone from Adobe working on this? Photoshop is freezing when you try to export an image. That's pretty bad considering it's Photoshop's primary function. 20170425.r.252x64
