23.4.1 update BUGS

Good morning fellow Photoshop users!

Has anyone found serious tool bugs in this latest update?!

ie: Zoom by: Z and Wacom tablet move doesn't work!

Clone tool does not resize on screen by using brackets as a short cut...

Need I go on..?!

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far? 

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Hi

"Zoom by: Z and Wacom tablet move doesn't work" Works fine for me.

"Clone tool does not resize on screen by using brackets as a short cut" Also works fine for me.

Using Photoshop version 23.4.1 on Windows 10 with Wacom Intuos Pro Small, resetting preferences can help when Photoshop starts acting a bit strange.

zoom issue is happening on mac os catalina too. Have to press z several times as reverts back to the previous tool.
