27.1 PS Lag and Slow Issues

Hi everyone ! I have issues about lags and slow in photoshop all version . I'm usually using "27.1" ver.

but when i trying to change scale image or simple action its get slow and start laging. 

My system is :

CPU: ryzen 5 7500f

GPU: GEFORCE RTX 4060

RAM: 32 GB RAM

SSD: M2 1TB

HDD: 1 TB

also I'm giving  %70 ram in ps to using but when i try simple action , ps using my cpu %80 up or using ram %98 , i done everything any idea : Like reseting ps or other setting but its not worked PLEASE HELP MEE!!

I think ı solve the problem . I unstiall 25.1 ver and i open on creative cloud then its get fast! but i cant see ps on task manager? i just can see creative cloud i my thought is: ıts work on creatiev cloud not on my computer so...

Hi, thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry about the trouble. 

Could you tell us the version of Windows you're working on? I would recommend uninstalling all versions of Photoshop and then reinstalling the latest version to check if that makes a difference.
