Hi,
I recently purchased an asus vivobook 16pro which came with a 3 month free trial of creative cloud and all apps. Because this was a purchase to replace another laptop I needed to clone the harddrive to a larger capacity ssd.
Since the clone I have been unable to use my trial. I tried a trouble shooting list on the Adobe website (sorry, can't find the link) but was unable to refresh back to the trial. it had around 2 months left.
Any suggestions please?

@AlSNP I'm a little confused by this bit "Because this was a purchase to replace another laptop I needed to clone the harddrive to a larger capacity ssd" any info I can find on the laptop suggest that it already comes with an SSD of 1TB and above

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. The 1tb drive didn't have enough space to store videos that I edit + my music collection - over 1tb on its own. While videos get shared and stored online, I am losing the online access due to change of job to store the videos.
The Vivo doesnt come with second internal ssd slot which is why I needed to increase the capacity.

Hey,
I had a similar issue with an Adobe trial after cloning my drive. Try contacting Adobe support directly—they were really helpful when I reached out. Also, make sure all Adobe-related files and licenses transferred correctly during the clone. Sometimes, reinstalling Creative Cloud can help reset things. Good luck!
