3d grid not showing up and object gone

Hey,

I've got a quick question. While I'm trying out 3D tools in Photoshop, I figured something goes wrong with it.

I don't see 3d grids on my artboard nor the object isn't moving/changed..

(Video below is the screen record of it.)

Does anyone have an answer to this issue?

Thanks so much!

Hi

Try enabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps

Hi,

This solution is always available with Photoshop 2022 (23.4.1), no changes for me.

Thanks.

You replied to a thread from 2021 and things have changed with operating systems since then. 3D is being discontinued in Photoshop. Details here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/3d-faq.html

"...we recommend using Photoshop version 22.2 (from February 2021) if you need more stable performance with Photoshop’s 3D features."
