3D text disappears

Hi!

When I choose to make my text into 3D by clicking on the 3D command. The text suddenly disappears... anyone who knows what Im doing wrong?

Which command you are using? With type layer selected go to 3D > New 3D Extrusion from Selected Layer.

You show a screenshot immediately before and immediately after clicking on 3D - please include the layers panel.

Also - can you go to Photoshop - Help - System Info - click on copy and paste the information into this thread. It will help us understand what may be happening.
