A problem in my actions

I have run into a problem while using action in photoshop, i was playing  an action then proceeded to another image to play the saem action on and then the actions tab just glitched and couldnt even access the actions tab it was just blank, cant import action nor do anything, i cant even open my files bcz its just will show the glitched action and cause my photoshop to freeze, i am a student and have a project due tomorrow please i need urgent help
