About Updates

Dear All,
I already have a subscription for Creative Cloud All Apps.
The subscription is monthly.
I have a general question about program updates (not only Photoshop ecosystem).

For the time I am using the following programs:

1) Photoshop

2) Lighroom

3) Audition

4) Acrobat Pro

I don't know how to handle updates.
The updates are being installed automatically or I must install the by myself?
How can I know if I a program need updates?

You can manage updates of all your apps through the Creative Cloud desktop app.
