Only the photos I have worked on in Photoshop for the last two days appear.  How can I access the photos I worked on last week in Photoshop?

The images in 'recent files' are just the most recent images you have worked on. To view and open other images, use File > Open and navigate to the location where you saved them.

You are using Windows, so you can navigate to any image file in File Explorer, and right click and choose Open With.  I do like the Recen Files option in Photoshop though. You can make the recent files list longer in Preferences.

Take note of where you save files so that you can access older files more easily.

I like using Adobe Bridge which is a very visual way to access folders of related files.
