ACR White Balance tool zooming in

Just updated to PS 19.1.3 this morning. While using Camera Raw my White Balance eye dropper just zooms in wherever I click instead of adjusting the color. I've had this happen with previous versions but it would correct itself after a restart, but after this latest update the restart does not affect this issue. Is there a magic button I should be clicking to get this to work? Using Win 7 Pro.

Update: Installing a recent Windows update seems to have corrected the issue.
