Actions- unable to save on my iMac

I have upladed some third party actions and they work fine. But when I try to save them I get an error message that I dont have permission and go to Get Info. When I do thet I see that they are read only and it wont let me change it to read and write, This is for all my actions even those I created.

Can you help? And now i forgot where i found the files to use get info. Can you help?

Have you tried repairing permissions? Shut down and restart?
