Hello All

I shot some images on a Fujifilm XT3 in RAW format & using an in-camera film simulation. Neither Bridge nor Photoshop recognises the resulting files. I have tried to add camera specific detail into RAW preferences, but even after clicking to ignore global settings for specific cameras, the drop down menu is greyed out. Help please! I am on a 2013 Mac running OS Catalina, and use Adobe CC with all apps up to date. Many thanks in advance for your responses.

Please give actual app versions rather than "up to date", many problem turn out to be failed updates.
