Adding your own preset pages to Photoshop Home Screen

I would like to add preset files with correct dimensions for all social banners (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube aso) to my homescreen. By default, although important, Adobe did not add them. There are currently multiple categories, including web, but not one category for social banners, so I want to create it myself.

What is the best way to:

1.) Add my own category to the home screen in Photoshop?

2.) Add new preset files with my own dimensions into that category?

In case it's not possible, is there any special reason why Adobe is being so restrictive?

Just create you own presets - give it a name. Create a new document - it will get saved under  the saved tab.
