Adjustment sliders unresponsive in latest Photoshop update 21.1.3

Latest update to Photoshop is incredibly buggy! The sliders in all of the Adjustments windows are unresponsive. I've also noticed other little glitches. What's up with that?

Hi there,

Apologies for the frustrating freeze with some Photoshop adjustments. Would you mind sharing your computers operating system?

We have been able to reproduce the freeze on Mac and the engineering team is currently investigating a fix.

Current workarounds that we’re aware of:

• Disable Rulers (CMD+R on Mac, Ctrl+R on Win), or by going to the View menu.

• Or move the Adjustment dialog outside of Photoshop’s workspace/interface before touching any sliders.

I have the same problem on Mac with v21.1.3 but it's only when editing using the adjustments from top menu (Image>Adjustments), not the Layers palette on the right-hand side.

The Ruler OFF helped, I even could reactivate it. As soon I am doing something to the image, e.g. zoom and/or out, it's jerky again independent rulers are on or off.

Photoshop 23.2.0 Release
Windows 10  64.
Computer CPU i7    Nvidia GTX 1080 8 Gb VRAM    64 GB RAM

Issue :   Sticky sliders on Adjustment Layers.  PS Program Freezes.

Now Feb 16, 2022.
I have tried suggested Rulers OFF.  not a solution.
Problem is getting worse.   When can we expect a Fix ?
