Hi there,

Latest version Photohop&Acr 24.5.0. M1 Max MBP Ventura OS

When I open a clean Raw file in Photoshop via Camera Raw the Adjusmtnet Icons are grayed out (see screenshot) and cant use them. Only way to remedy the problem is to open the same file from photoshop back to Camera raw, move any slider, press OK to get me back to photoshop, and then the icons become accessioble again.

Hi @dragantomas can you show the entire workspace including the layers panel open and the document info tab (Name, color space, bit depth)?

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences - go to Settings>General and click the reset prefs on restart. Relaunch PS.

My icons are grayed out as well. I don't have the option like you mentioned. I only have restart preferences after quit, not restart. Screenshot 2024-02-05 at 12.51.26 PM.pngexpand image

Any ideas how to remedy my problem? TIA!

Click that button - quit and restarting Photoshop are the same thing.

Hello there! I just had this issue as well. It seemed for me, it was the fact that I had opened an EXR file. I resaved the image and a PNG and then everything worked again.

The same thing has happened to me multiple times in version 25.11.0 without knowing how it happened or how to reproduce it. I was working on a .PSD files in all cases. Restarting Photoshop fixes the problem, but it would be nice to know what causes it.
