I am an inexperienced user of adobe illustrator and need to design vector and drawing. I have installed illustrator cc 2015 (link removed by moderator) Need help for this don't know how to use it can anyone help me

Why have you installed such an old version? A subscription gives you access to the latest version (v26). If you are going to learn, then use that.

Where did you get Illustrator 2015, as it is no longer available for download?

 

Also, I see that an employee remove a web link hidden behind a period in your post. That's the kind of thing that can get you banned from the forums as a spammer.
