What do you mean by Adobe? Adobe is a company. Photoshop and Creative Cloud Desktop app are applications. Which application are you seeing as starting? Can you post a screenshot?

Hey there,

I have tried everything suggested, and so far no luck.  I am at a loss as what to do next.

Thanks,
