Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator keep crashing every 5 - 10 mins

This really bugs me. It has happened for the past week; I am not sure whether it's because of the update but my adobe programmes (photoshop v23.3.1 and illustrator v26.2.1) keep crashing every 5 minutes (screenshot attached). Is there any solution to this yet? I have been searching for the solution everywhere but could barely find anything helpful.

Thank you!

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?

We believe that underlying issues (which were temporarily addressed by selecting the ‘Deactivate native canvas button’ in Technology Preview) have been fixed, and you may now de-select that button for future Photoshop sessions. Please let us know if any of these issues return once the native canvas has been re-activated.
