Adobe Photoshop and Windows 7

Hallo, ich habe in meinem Rechner Windows 7 Professional. Seit 2 Tage kann ich nicht mehr mein Photoshop verwenden. Was soll ich machen, dass es wieder funktioniert.? Ich habe ein Abo bei Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, usw.) Adobe-Service kann mir nicht helfen, sie haben mir empfohlen, dass ich mit der Community Kontakt aufnehme. Hilfe!!!
